Apply for the Manitoba Security Rebate
The Manitoba Security Rebate Program provides financial assistance to homeowners, tenants and businesses for the purchase and installation of security equipment or enhancements. The program aims to reduce property crime and promote safer neighborhoods throughout the province.
Eligible Manitobans applying as a homeowner or tenant can receive up to $300 (excluding taxes) for the purchase and installation of eligible security equipment.
Manitoba businesses applying can receive up to $2,500 (excluding taxes) per location for the purchase and installation of eligible security equipment or enhancements upgrades or to replace property that was damaged by crime.
